Your privacy matters. This site is built to collect as little as possible.

01. Who we are
Projexian LLC operates projexian.com. This notice explains what information we collect through the Site and how we use it. Contact: tyler@projexian.com.
02. Information you provide
When you submit a contact, lead generation or partner form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, company, email, phone number, trade, service area and the details of your request.
03. Information collected automatically
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or social media pixels. Fonts, scripts and data are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your information to third-party font or script providers. Our hosting provider, GitHub, may record standard technical information such as IP addresses in server logs for security and operations, under its own privacy statement.
04. How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, evaluate partner applications, match partners with relevant opportunities, provide services you ask for, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for third parties’ marketing.
05. Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes them in order to email them to us. We use email and business software to store and manage inquiries. These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the Site.
06. Retention
We keep inquiry and partner information for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, typically up to three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
07. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, loads no third-party scripts, and uses a strict content security policy. Forms include spam protection and ask you not to send sensitive information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
08. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending updates, by emailing tyler@projexian.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, correct, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in such laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
09. Email communications
If you opt in to updates, every message will include a way to unsubscribe. Messages about an inquiry you sent are not marketing.
10. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this notice. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
