The contractor shall perform the BASOPS work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), herein identified as Annex A Overarching PWS.Requirements: The Government will issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), non-personal services contract as defined under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210- Facilities Support Services to provide Base Operations Maintenance and Support Services (BASOPS), which include six (6) functional areas covered under this PWS: Grounds Maintenance, Pavement Clearance (Snow, Ice, and Sand Removal), Facility Maintenance, Facility Maintenance - Horizontal, Heating and Cooling Services, and Army Cemetery.
